At Max, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Max account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn garments with their original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
